What is Dermatology?

Dermatology is a branch of medicine that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of conditions affecting skin, hair, and/or nails.

These conditions can range from common skin problems to serious diseases. Overall, dermatology plays an important role in our well-being because healthy skin protects our bodies and can improve our confidence.
